Matt setup The Innovation Dividend in 2014 because he thought the traditional relationship between brands and agencies was tired – built in a different time, and outdated with the way people and brands want to work today.
Today The Innovation Dividend is headquartered in Camden at The Atrium Interchange – a modern office space and community reflecting today’s startup culture. FTSE 100 companies such as Costa Coffee and Anheuser Busch InBev are key clients along with a growing client roster list.
Before taking the entrepreneurial leap, Matt cut his teeth at Kraft Foods in New York as a Brand Assistant in the Post Cereal division, where he learned General Management and Brand Marketing skills.
