Driving innovation scale and best practice on key brands

What was the brief?

SABMiller PLC had a group of 6 brands operating across the world in South Africa, USA, Poland, Peru, Honduras, & Australia with some common themes underpinning a broader brand proposition.

The task was to create a common innovation pipeline, along with a playbook for winning – with contributions and lessons learned from each of the countries.

What was the solution?

We chaired monthly calls with the Brand Directors to develop common innovation platforms.

We then led custom ideation projects to deliver new ideas in these areas.

We also designed and facilitated a global summit in Johannesburg where all of these brand leaders attended and shared experiences/knowledge with one another through custom exercises.

Did you make a commercial impact?

These brand leaders directly incorporated innovations from the global pipeline, and summit outcomes were used in individual brand plans.
